Senior Executives

Alistair Davidson has developed distribution channels in the US, Canada, Mexico and Europe. He has closed 400 customers and $200M of business. He is the former head of a software company that developed a range of products – packaged software, custom software, software services and outsourced services. Alistair has an MBA from Harvard and has authored books on technology strategy, business strategy and innovation. He speaks French and German.

His most recent product management role involved recommending and developing a cloud service for IoT energy management and sensor equipment. In total, he has developed over 15 software products over their full life cycle. He has developed decision support, artificial intelligence, gaming and simulation, business intelligence and information warehousing. His background in agile software development goes back to the middle 90s.

Alistair is a scrum master, scrum product owner and certified in Tealium and Ensighten marketing tag management systems. He is a trained facilitator who has trained other facilitators. He has extensive experience in strategic and IT consulting. His industry experience includes financial services, pharma, consulting, manufacturing, software and Internet companies.

Laura Klemme is a senior IT and software innovation person. She holds a project management PMP designation from PMI, and has a long track record as an agile developer with scrum certifications. Her career includes working with semiconductor companies such as Cypress Semiconductor, Saudi Aramco (Saudi Arabia), technology R&D with NTT (the Japanese telecommunications company), and IoT with General Electric and Unilectric.

Laura has extensive IT knowledge – from Android and web development to project management. She has worked in major IT shops (Cypress and Aramco) in addition to innovation with various startups and large innovation operations. She studied under the well known, Donald Norman, who fathered user interface design and user experience (e.g. in his book, The Design of Everyday Things).

David Rader advises global organizations on strategy, operations and governance. His industry focus has been engineering-intensive industries such as software, servers and storage, aerospace and defense, oil and gas and electric utilities. As an entrepreneur, he has co-founded or turned-around software companies serving oil and gas, electric and gas utilities and job-shop manufacturers. He has also served in strategy  and venture capital roles in a global computer company and a global IT services company.
